Dwell Foundation exists to come alongside the local church to provide stable housing solutions to sustain gospel-centred preaching in churches across Canada.
Our objectives are to provide stable housing solutions, financial education, and wealth building tools for churches and pastors. Based on biblical values, our housing solutions include rental subsidies and lending consultations, with special focus on removing barriers in the areas of downpayments and legal requirements for co-ownership. Governed under Canadian National Christian Foundation, we partner with various experts in the field, that are aligned to the purpose, objectives, and values of Dwell.

Our Team
Jillian oversees daily operations at Dwell Foundation, managing relationships with investors, borrowers, and service providers.
With a successful career in lending at HSBC Bank of Canada and RBC, and over 15 years in Toronto supporting her husband as Senior Pastor at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Jillian has deep insight into the housing challenges faced by pastors and their families.
Her background in real estate and 40+ years of family experience in custom home building fuel her passion for Dwell’s mission to support local churches across Canada by providing housing solutions.
